This was a fabulous way to see and ride the Jacobite Train AKA Hogwarts Express. We were picked up by Heather who was absolute perfection. She was knowledgeable about all locations we were visiting, Scottish history, Harry Potter, etc. She showed us our seats on the train and off we went. They pointed out Dumbledore’s grave and local fishing areas. The trolly came and we purchased chocolate frogs and Butterbeer hot chocolate. We later drove to see the aqueduct by vehicle. It was the perfect day.

Absolutely fantastic trip. I will say, there is a lot of driving involved and it is probably going to be a bit challenging for small kids-- I would rethink this for anyone under 12. We had Nicky as our guide, and she is a fantastic storyteller. We learned so much and were so entertained by her stories and all the history she shared. She is a great driver and fantastic guide! Not to mention, any window you look out you will see a breathtaking view. It's also a lot of fun going over the viaduct and waving at the spectators from the train!
