Ieshima is an island in the Seto Inland Sea located a 30-minute boat ride from Himeji Port. This tranquil island offers an authentic glimpse into rural Japan and is largely untouched by tourists. Its name literally means "House Island" and its motto is "An island where you want to go back to". It's the perfect escape for those seeking a serene seaside experience and fresh, local flavors. Here, you will head to Shimizu, a local restaurant run by an island family. Savor a delicious lunch featuring fresh fish sourced from local fishermen and prepared with love and care. Their famous Kaisendon (Seafood Rice Bowl) is served along locally caught seafood.

I joined a bus tour to Ieshima with Yui Prima Olivia, and from the moment I stepped onto the bus, I was honestly amazed. I had heard about their concept of “First Class on Land,” but experiencing it in person was something completely different. The seats were incredibly comfortable, the interior felt luxurious and relaxing, and every detail was perfectly designed to make the ride smooth and enjoyable. It truly felt like traveling in a premium lounge. The tour started at Kyoto Station, and right away I noticed how friendly and professional the staff were. The ride to Himeji Port was so comfortable that time just flew by.
