The islands were beautiful and a joy to visit. Plenty of shopping opportunities and time to explore each one. We loved Burano the best and could have stayed all day!

Friendly and professional Welcoming, the prepared and kind guide accompanied us to 3 islands Murano, Burano, Torcello. All very funny. Time's on schedule. Highly recommended

Lovely places but the stage in Torcello could be avoided in the evening since there is ‘very little to see and little light and give more space to Burano.

Did not go for this tour. The most interesting island was Burano, and we stayed there only for 50 minutes. On Murano is nothing to do but we stayed there three hours. The last island, I’m not sure why we stopped there.

It was on time and good value. Preferably to spend more time in Burano than Murano. The boat ride was very smooth.

I really would have liked more to be in Burano, you arrive in Murano you have two hours in which there is a free demonstration of how they make glass, it is worth buying in the shop as they are very friendly, without more than that, after you are 30 minutes in the other village, that there is nothing to see and you arrive in Burano that is beautiful but you only have one hour, they explain you on the boat in several languages, but for the price without more.

Terrible commentator, the young lady spoke 3 languages - Italian, French and English but unfortunately all languages ran together as if she was catching a speed boat and no one around us could understand a word she said. The stop at Murano was an hour too long. It would have been beneficial to give us 30 minutes extra at Burano and Tercello.

A very unorganized tour! They took us to Murano first and told us to be back in 3 hours. As this was the lunchtime, many shops were closed. We hung out in the shady park until they came back. They were on a different and much larger boat (much better than the smaller cramped and smelly first boat) not much to do here other than watch the glass blowing demonstration. We then visited Burano - what a cute town with many neat alleys and shops. BUT they rod us only one hour here! They should give you 3hours here and only 1 hour on Murano. Lastly we visited Tochello and were told we had 35 minutes. We raced to the church which had closed for the day as we got there too late. Lastly we were picked up near the train station but they dropped us off at St Marks square and Tod us if we wanted to go back where they picked us up, it would cost an additional 10 euro. Don’t waste your money.

The tour is very nice, the only flaw is that the stop in Torcello was made too late. We found everything closed. I recommend visiting Torcello before the other islands, where activities stay open until late.

I’ve toured with Viator on all vacations and this tour ranks as the most disappointing. Directions advise to meet in front of the KFC. At the requested time, no tour guide holding a sign to be found but fortunately for the group of us someone said to go to the dock and get in line to board a boat. OK, maybe that ones one’s on me and the others but I think the direction could have been much clearer. First announcement on the boat is that our arrival time back will be 1.75 hours late. Boat was clean, Captain and his mate in ripped/cut off jean shorts not looking very professional. Mid day it appears that they picked up a friend who hung out on the bridge wearing a T-shirt with a finger in the front and a “what makes you think I give a F on the back”. Female tour guide going through the motions from the Captain’s deck really only shared what time to be back at the boat. Murano was a lovely stop and lots of glass shops. The day wasn’t well planned for stop times with about three hours in Murano, 45 minutes in Torcello and maybe an hour in Burano. Tour guide offered nothing of value and my recommendation here would be to just take a water bus or taxi.
