5.00Absolutely wonderful tour! The guide was amazing—very engaging and interesting, with deep knowledge of history. They shared many fascinating stories and legends. The tour lasts about two hours, with plenty of time to rest and take photos, and there’s no rush at all. It was an incredible experience. My family and I will definitely come back to Budapest again!!!

5.00The most genuine experience we had in Budapest was this walking tour. In addition to being a guide who reads from a textbook, Sam is also a storyteller, an authority on the area, and, to be honest, one of the kindest people we encountered while travelling. The way the tour was organized—it wasn't just about the large monuments—was fantastic. It was about realising their significance. Why Hungarians still attach emotional significance to specific locations. Stories of bravery, love, treachery, and revolution were told with such humour and clarity that we didn't want them to end. The local touches, however, were what truly set it apart. He showed us where to get the best chimney cake without going over budget, showed us a secret wine bar in a historic cellar and even gave us some insider advice on how to find quiet places in the bustling city. This is the tour to reserve if you're looking for an inspiring, non-touristy, and meaningful experience.

5.00Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions, and was kind enough to become our de facto photographer. His knowledge of Budapest is incredible, from architectural to mythological history. This tour will always be remembered :) I highly recommend it

5.00I got a very nice introduction to the city right after getting in budapest by joining this walking tour. We had a very well-informed tourguide who made the stories very lively and enjoyable. He also recommended us places to get nice souvenirs and good restaurants. Could not be better.

5.00Excellent tour and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, with lots of great stories to share. Small fee payable here and then you tip what you can afford but recommendation is c4000 huf or £10. Some stairs but slow paced enough so no issues keeping up. Lots of opportunities for questions.

5.00We came across one of the nicest tour guides from my all time travel history. This is not exaggeration I had bumped into many in my life! Both the English and the presentation were spot on(It is extremely hard to find guides with perfect English in Central Europe). The places were lovely and so were the recommendations for the other parts of the city! Great service, can’t recommend enough!
