The snowmobiling was phenomenal and the stops were very nice along the golden circle. The only significant disappointment was of the bus driver that took us around, did very little to try to educate us about the Icelandic countryside. It seems he could have been a little more proactive in pointing out highlights of the countryside and some of the history of the country

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The breath taking sights we witnessed will stay with us forever. There are places to stop along the way for food and refreshments. The high light of the day was most definitely the snowmobiles. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Great day out with the key golden circle sights combined with snowmobile tour. Our guide adjusted our itinerary to avoid coach tours and fitting everything into one of the shortest days of the year.

From start to finish, our guide Einar was brilliant. Just the right amount of interesting facts mixed with humour! We enjoyed every second of our adventure. We were not ever rushed, we were given clear instructions at each stop and left to spend time exploring ourselves. The Super Jeep was so comfortable and a treat in itself to be driven around in. We are a small group of 13. The snowmobiles were a particular highlight for all of us. My son and husband rode together and I buddied up with one of the other ladies on our tour (she was older and clearly not 100% comfortable with driving). We thought we were going really fast, but were quite quickly pulled over and suggested that we moved to go nearer to the back. I asked if we were going to slow, the response was so sweet. We were told, not at all, you just may feel less pressured to go faster nearer the back. It was a fantastic experience that we will all remember for the rest of our lives! Our teen son will be back when he is 18 and has a drivers licence to have a go himself! I have no idea of the cost as we were on a full package with many excursions organised, but having I do know that we would not have wanted to have missed out on it!

This is such a great trip. Try something different with snowmobling. It's a small group tour and perfect to really connect with others. Our driver Clem was absolutely amazing, the knowledge he has is amazing and I got to learn new things about Iceland. It was a great addition to the tour. The snowmobling crew from the equipment hut to the actual riders were just so nice and helpful at all times. We got change up riders at the half way point so we all could get turns. The group we had on our Jeep were so friendly and it felt so nice to amongst a small group to get the most of this Golden circle tour. Thank Mountaineer of Iceland

Excellent tour guide which always makes the experience. He was an independent operator contracted by the company for our trip. He kept us moving without being rushed to make sure we saw all the sights in daylight. Snowmobiling was great. If you are an experienced rider you may want to chose their other option.
