The Sphinx, according to my husband, and many spectacular views throughout the day, were priceless. Being on Top of Europe was a once-in-lifetime experience. Monica was a very informative and efficient tour guide. We also enjoyed speaking with her one-on-one. Please note, it was a very long day with many moving parts. Two tours were combined, which made it a bit confusing. The guides did the best they could. We would recommend more detail/tour breakdown at the very beginning. Still loved it!

  • Don't miss this amazing opportunity!

I would highly recommend this tour! We had a wonderful experience and the scenery was breathtaking. We were lucky to have beautiful weather all the way until we got on the bus to head back to Lucerne (then it started raining). Pro tip for this tour: sit on the left side on the train- you can see more. We went in August and, yes, the trip was very hot- be prepared with a hand-fan and drink lots of water. If you are sensitive to cold weather- bring a jacket... we enjoyed the coldness after the excessive heat outside of the mountains. I loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone! It's the hidden gem of Switzerland!

  • Not worth it. Look for another option.

Bang on average experience. Please read the reviews as the itinerary is certainly not as it reads. We jumped on a coach to interlaken, where we had exactly and hour to explore and have a bite to eat, thankfully we ate but the guides do not point you where to go so be careful not to wander too far. Once back on the coach the guides gave a good talk about history of the area. To our surprise we only drove through Grindelwald and didn’t have any time to experience the area, the bus windows were dirty so not great to take photos out of. After taking the train & cable car up to the top of Europe we were surprised when we were only allowed 2hrs 10 to explore the area. This was extremely disappointing as we had already spent the money to enjoy 4 hours.. upon our descent we liked the cogwheel but then boarded the public bus (not air conditioned) that was extremely overcrowded. Upon jumping back onto the coach we headed back driving through lauterbrunnen where commentary then stopped for the last hour. All in all, we enjoyed the area but were not impressed with the best of Switzerland tour company. We paid a large amount and were not provided with the 3 hours leisurely time that is advertised in the itinerary.

  • Long day, but well worth it!

This is a full day tour to the very busy and highly touristy Jungfraujoch. I highly recommend taking a tour, this one especially, to get you to the top. There are so many steps and it’s so much easier to follow the group than to get there on your own. We took one route up and a different route down to see different sites, which we appreciated. This tour was fully sold out and every single seat on the bus, train, cable car, etc. was occupied - if you are looking for something smaller and intimate, this is not the tour, but you have free time in Interlaken (50 min) and once at the Jungfraujoch (2.5 hours) to break off and do your own thing for a bit. The views were spectacularly beautiful. Our guide was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

  • Fun but the website is misleading and too expensive

The trip title and itinary say the trip is to Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen but the trip was actually ONLY to Jungfraujoch with a short stop (30-40 mnts) in Interlaken to load passengers. The guide was nice but was hard to find and follow between all the crowds specially that she wasn’t holding a flag to be seen. The Jungfraujoch trip was so much fun though I wish they gave us longer time in it so we can spend time in the ice park. Bottom line, the trip was fun but misleading explanation so the price is way too much for only going to Jungfraujoch
