What To Expect

Experience the miraculous journey of coffee at our immersive new Visitor Center. Get a hands-on look at a working tree nursery, wet mill, drying patio and roaster. See what we’re doing to empower farmers, promote sustainable practices and develop the next generation of coffee. Tours are available in English and Spanish.

A 90 min tour on coffee picking and harvesting. It was informative and there was a short coffee tasting at the end.

Cristian was an awesome tour guide! Answered all questions! I definitely recommend this one hour and a half tour, free tasting at the end ! Perfect group size! Atmosphere was amazing. Great experience!

Informative tour. I was able to learn about the coffee picking process & about Costa Rican coffee regulation. The tour ends with an espresso size for coffee tasting. Not much souvenir shopping to do though.

The coffee tour was 90 minutes led by Christian. He gave information about coffee that I don't think about and a coffee tasting for a medium roast french press that was delicious!

Christian was an amazing tour guide. Learned so much about coffee how it’s made and the culture who harvests it. Definitely recommend to all who want to learn about coffee.

It was a fabulous experience. Carolina our guide explained very well how the plantation works from the nursery of plants to the roast of beans. The view is awesome and the Starbuck coffee & food is so good. It just increased my love for the brand. I would suggest the place to sell ceramic mug (the same as we could order the coffee) and not just transportation mug so we could have a little souvenir from Alsacia :)
