What To Expect
Take part in an evening of adventure unlike any other on this 5-hour excursion to the desert of Dubai. Leave the city in the afternoon and head toward the desert to discover the true Dubai. Enjoy an exciting drive over the sand dunes, something akin to desert off-roading. Then you will visit a camel farm and watch the sunset from the dunes. Continue your journey toward a traditional Arabic camp, where you will have the opportunity to try a host of activities like henna painting and belly dancing. You may also try Shisha, the traditional Arabic smoking pipe, as well as sample the Arabic sweets and coffee significant to Bedouin culture. You will then be served a BBQ dinner under the starlit sky, with live Arabian entertainment to ensure it's a night to remember. Relax as you learn firsthand what Arabic hospitality means, with Arabic coffee and dates served as they have been for centuries, and continue to be served in Emirati homes today.

5.00I booked my very first desert safari with Desert Dream Destination, which went on to become easily one of the best and a must-try adventure experience when in Dubai. Haroon and his team were evidently professionals at what they do, be it the expert driving at the dunes, or information on cultural heritage or their hospitality towards the guests. The activity I signed up for, was for 5 hours (4pm-9pm) which included timely pickup from the hotel, to the first camp where you can rent buggy or quads for a joy ride, followed by phenomenal yet safe dune bashing, a pitstop in the middle of the desert to capture gorgeous views of the sunset. We were then escorted to the other camp which hosted stunning performances of Fire show, Tanura show, Belly dance and the Dinner buffet. Those of you who are animal lovers, you can get to pet/ ride a camel or horse and even hold a falcon as a part of this activity. Overall this experience was nothing short of amazing! Thanks Haroon & team for making my Arabian nights dream come true!
