Our guide Flavia was exceptional. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about all things Venetian, she went out of her way to go the extra mile both in terms ensuring our comfort and in offering welcome advice on other activities and venues in Venice. Certainly one of the stars in our short visitto Venice.

It was a great outing and well worth the time and money. I booked the wrong day by miso and they allowed us to go anyway and corrected the mistake. The staff were amazing.

It was nice to get out on the water and see Murano and Burano. The glass making tour was interesting. Would have liked to see alittle more of Murano town. Burano was a very colorful town. Flavia did a great job explaining everything and keeping it fun. Would have enjoyed boat ride more if we could see the water on the ride. Captain did a great job navigating.

Definitely worth it, even though it was raining a bit when we set out. The skies cleared up and it was nice to be out on the water and see Venice from a different perspective. The islands were beautiful, especially all of the colorful houses on Burano. Getting the chance to see the craftsmanship of the glass blowers and lace-makers in action and learn about their history also gave me a better appreciation for all of the Murano glass and Burano lace I saw around Venice for the rest of my stay. Our guide Serena was also very kind and knowledgeable!
