They communicate well via whatsapp. Told me what to do once we arrived. Told me they Will be a few minutes late. I picked the option for meet and greet. Driver had a sign with my name. Van had good amount of space for 3 large luggage 2 carry ons and book bags. Safe driver, quick trip to hotel. No issues would use them again.

As an indian single male, i would not recommend people in my category going to Japan. Despite having a valid visa, passport,sufficient cash and a printed itinerary, I was denied entry. Immigration acted in a haughty and arrogant manner. People from Europe/ America were waved through immigration while people from India/countries from Africa/middle east were interrogated and treated horribly.I was caged in a detention center with no access to my luggage or even my cell phone. I spent significant amount of money on this trip to relax and enjoy and all i experienced was anxiety, Japanese arrogance and racism. Horrible experience. Will never go again
