5.00Keith was great. Keith text the day before our scheduled pick up. Once we arrived in Tokyo I received a text from him coordinating are meeting. He was waiting for us right outside customs. Great communication. He assisted us with getting our pocket Wi-Fi device at the airport. The van was very nice. He is a very good driver. Keith made the journey from the airport to the hotel smooth and easy.

5.00Had a great easy transfer to our hotel in Shibuya! Our guide made contact the morning of and throughout our journey through the airport. We initially went to a different location in the airport, but the driver able to find us at Arrivals and was able to meet us where we were at with his car. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, definitely recommend for a seamless transport to Tokyo.

5.00Driver was friendly and polite, on time and communicated very well with us upon landing in Haneda late in the evening. Airport was busy and driver stayed in contact via WhatsApp as there was quite a wait for our bags. Carried our bags and put them in vehicle for us. Vehicle was immaculate. Highly recommended particularly arriving late at night as we were very tired.
