1.00The driver that picked me up, had a very difficult time understanding where I needed to go, even though I had pre-booked with the address. The owner sent me a picture of the reservation, which showed both the hotel I was coming to initially as well as the hotel, I had hoped to book a round-trip going back to the airport at the end of my trip. Even with multiple back-and-forth, the driver still took me to the wrong hotel. It was very difficult and I ended up calling the hotel to get them to speak to the driver to try to sort things out. Meanwhile, I was also communicating with the owner. The owner began accusing me of telling the driver to go to a different hotel, which I did not. Thankfully, I finally got to my correct hotel, but after I had checked in and was entering the elevator, the driver came in and blocked me. He couldn’t communicate and explain why. He just kept typing on his phone and blocking me. I told him my ticket where I had prepaid. He only looked confused. I communicated with the owner once again about the payment. That’s all I could guess might be the issue. The owner confirmed I had prepaid and asked once again why I had sent the driver to a different hotel. Needless to say this was very frustrating after a very long 24 hours of travel. I will definitely not use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
