Begin by discovering how coffee became part of Vietnam’s cultural identity, then learn how different roast levels influence aroma and taste. With the host’s guidance, brew six signature Vietnamese coffees — from classic Phin-brewed Coffee to Brown, Salt, Egg, and Coconut styles, plus a creative Coffee Cocktail made with local jam and wine. Taste each cup while hearing its origin story and role in daily life. Enjoy a bonus tasting of homemade rice wine crafted by our hosts, and conclude your journey with digital coffee recipes to take home.

5.00This coffee making class is very informative. We learned to make six kinds of coffee and all were very good. Our favorites were salt, egg, and coconut! We also learned about the Vietnamese coffee history and culture. Our instructor Giang shared a lot of stories and interesting facts about coffee.

I learned a lot about the history and the culture of vietnamese coffee and what is the difference between coffee in vietnam and europe. Giang explained all the different techniques very well and i would totally recommend coming to this workshop.

The workshop was educational, the room was professional and very nice, the materials they used were of high quality. Honestly, I would 100% recommend. I had so much fun!!

5.00I had fun with this workshop. Got so many insights with the history and how the coffee was made. The trainer is very polite and lively. It is recommended to join this workshop for coffee and non-coffee lovers but be ready with a very nice surprise in the end!
