What To Expect
Red River
Begin your journey at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter where you will be greeted by our guide and driver. Within 20 minutes, we will leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city as we wind our way towards the serene Red River bank. After a short walk over Long Bien bridge, we will reach the rugged island. We will have a 4WD adventure along the small off-roads of the green oasis with stunning views of banana plantations, fruit, vegetable, and flower farms. Along the way, we will visit local villages and communities where you can witness local farmers at work. Our journey through the Red River Countryside is enhanced by a home-visit to a local family where you can enjoy fresh fruits and green tea while learning about their daily lives.
West Lake
After experiencing the serenity of the countryside, it is time to explore and enjoy the hustle, and bustle of Hanoi’s backstreets. This journey takes you to peaceful villages surrounding West lake and Truc Bach lake, giving you a glimpse of the modern part of Hanoi with thousands of skyscrapers.

5.00My tour with John was so fun! I learned a lot about Vietnam and Hanoi and got to experience the city in a really interesting way. The food at the end of the tour was delicious and enjoyed meeting the other travelers in my group. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers!

5.00This was one of the best tours I've ever been on. The tour guide, Sim, was the phenomenal and the driver was in military style clothing fitting with the tour. The blend of city and county, with the cultural and historical knowledge from our tour guide made it perfect. Then to end it with an amazing meal. Couldn't have asked for more. 100% highly recommend.

5.00I highly recommend this tour! We were only in Hanoi for two days and this tour allowed us to experience the food, people and area all in one activity. Lunch at the Hidden Gem Cafe was great and visiting Train Street was a highlight. We had a group that included grandparents and teenagers and everyone enjoyed it. Our guide Mai and driver Lucky were amazing-would highly recommend!

5.00Guide Oggy was very friendly, professional and funny. Before going to the next destination, Oggy will preempt us which helps us to get ready. The only bumper was V52 museum was closed on Monday. The weather was hot but made bearable by Oggy and his jokes. The road trip was well done. Worth it
