1.00My whole money was wasted. The tour guide could not even bother to call the people before the tour to make sure they get to him. What's more is that the guide was not even reachable when tried to contact with. I waited at the meeting point for over 40 minutes trying to connect with him or the customer support. I was put on hold for over 15 mins and still their customer support could not do a thing and even denied the refund when there services were denied.

1.00We didn’t finish the entire tour because it wasn’t what we were expecting it to be. I think the tour is for the die hard HP fans. We found the tour boring.
