Each passenger is asked to request pick up time after the flight arrival time while making a reservation with Airport Pickups London. In the event of any flight delays, we amend the pick up time. Average times to clear Customs and get luggage at London Airports: (This is for guidance purposes only): Domestic Flights: 15 mins after flight landing time. Our driver was very friendly and was so helpful to start our vacation off on the right tone. He even shared some of his knowledge of the area with us as we drove through to our hotel. I would highly recommend Frank for anyone looking for a great experience!!

The driver was not where he was expected and was late if he ever got there We looked all over the arrivals area and the currency exchange where we were told (after waiting 30 minutes) that he was waiting but there was NOONE with a sign with our name on it. When I spoke by phone with the local agency they claimed he was there. Maybe he was the invisible man🤷♀️. We enlisted the help of another driver who was there. I should have taken his name as a witness. The local company refused to refund my money. So I would NEVER recommend them Plus…I think I’m booked tomorrow with the same company but the agent I spoke to denied this because I said that if I didn’t get a refund I would cancel tomorrow They better show up.

Arrived in London Heathrow on time and our driver was no where to be found at the baggage claim.Our luggage was off the belt immediately and I went around four times and still no driver. I called Viator and the lady said was just parking the car and would be there momentarily. After 30 minutes I called back and she said he was still Parking the car and she would call me right back. She told me where to meet the driver and she never called me back. I had seven other people who took a red eye out of Boston with no sleep. After my third call she said that the driver was at the meeting place which was incorrect. Finally the driver called me direct and said he was at the meeting place and told where I was and he saw me. 8 large pieces of luggage and carry on a long trek for all of us to his car and it barely fit. We got started and we were leaving the airport and the driver lost his parking ticket so we couldn’t leave the parking area. He finally called someone and they let us through. We had a prepaid tour to Buckingham Palace which we were so delayed, we missed the tour. This is not the way you want to start a vacation and we lost the$300.00 for the tour. Won’t be using Viator again and will not recommend the company going forward.

Well about my experience with Viator transfer I have to say it was nothing like they explain in the details of the process. The driver was very helpful and nice I had no complaint about him. But not what I paid and expected. I would not use Viator for transport again. At least not in London.

Our driver was great , all our luggage fit nicely in the car . We had a very safe ride to our Hotel .
