Not a great experience being nice doesn’t save you on an island ! We were almost stranded!

Horrible experience our tour guide thought my son was my husband, told us next time to leave the kids at home( his sisters) we were given the wrong directions to the water taxi's and almost didn’t make it back. We had a seat for the first train but not the second most of our group had to stand. Yohanna was our guide she was nice but the happy hour was one drink one ball or a quarter of a sandwich. Not worth the time or money to get lost, buy your own train ticket and do it yourself we basically did.

It was an amazing exeprience, I only wish it lasted longer! Venice is beautiful! Keep in mind to have extra cash for the gondola ride as they don't take credit cards. Anto was so friendly and knowledgeable, she is a great tour guide!

The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the start of the tour. Never been in a train station so the meeting point was confusing. We made the train at the last second. But it all worked out. The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable about the the city. It’s a very laid back tour. Kind of escort you here and then go do you kind of thing. I don’t mind that because I like to wander and discover shops and local life. You have plenty of time to do that. It’s worth it in my opinion. We had enough time to do just about everything we wanted to do in one go.

This was a great day trip from Rome. Venice is an amazing city and had so much fun exploring the city! Our tour guide Graziella was very nice and very informative. Would highly recommend this excursion!
