Lava Tube: The steps to get into the lava tube are steep and the ground is uneven. You do not have to go into the lava tube if you feel it is too much for you.
We are NOT able to accommodate customers with walkers or wheel chairs.

Lili'uokalani Gardens
This is the largest Japanese garden outside of Japan donated by Queen Liliʻuokalani in 1917. Throughout the gardens are stone lanterns, gazebos, and torii gates, recalling the Japanese immigrants who came to Hawaii.

5.00Ellen our guide was very informative and has a great personality. Love that this tour was smaller in size (8) and we never felt rushed. She showed us a lot in a short period of time. She picked us up right at the cruise ship which was very convenient and the price point was $100 less than the cruise ship. Please add a tip for her. She is worth every penny. Had a wonderful lunch at the Volcano House. Great portion sizes and price point avg. This excursion is good for anyone who can do some walking and stairs. Not good for anyone with mobility issues. We would use this company and Ellen again if/when we return to Hilo.

5.00Mr.Hannibal took us on the Big Island and Volcano National Park tour. Very knowledgeable and went on story telling non stop with many facts and fun about History of how Hawaii original tribes populated and ruled the islands, about the Volcanic origins of the islands with dates of different volcanis eruptions over the eons. Out of the world experience with the active Kileaue Volcano, the amazing lava tube which is a naturally formed tunnel of lava, the sona like steam vents, the extraordinary bio diversity of the flora and fona, all of this he explained with a resonating voice !!! Excellent guide. 5 stars to him.👏👏👏

5.00Led by our excellent tour guide Ellen, we enjoyed epic views and stops ending with the crater national park with otherworldly views of the steaming crater and vents, walked through a lava tube and enjoyed a fun morning of history, culture and sights.

5.00Great communication and easy pick up from cruise ship terminal. Our tour guide and driver, Dave, was fantastic. His knowledge and love for Hilo and all of Hawaii was evident. We learned so much about the lava flows, Rainbow falls, history, and culture of the area.
