The tour bus in Hiroshima left without me. I only had 14 minutes to make it from the train to the bus meeting point and the directions weren’t very good. I know I was close and I showed pictures of the meeting spot to several other tour guides and they didn’t recognize it. Nobody tried to reach me - they just left. Worse yet, they told me I had to get my own ticket back to Tokyo ($150) and they didn’t refund any of my money even after several requests.
