  Great opportunity to see London by way of the Famous Thames River. We enjoyed the views, commentary and talented staff. While other boats may be a bit faster, you can’t really take in what you are seeing without expert guidance at the right pace. We felt quite safe and well cared for especially by Deena, Brooke & Sam onboard the Millennium Peace and Kevin at the Tower Pier. Would definitely cruise with City Cruises again.

  Shocking no information , poor communication, suppost to be jump on and off but doesn't stop anywhere. Ended up getting train spent £100 waste of money 💰

  Booked with these as had an offer on. Boats had good bar and snack facilities and good friendly service. Boats were clean. Information about london whilst travelling up the river thames. Only downside the boat ride to each stop was slow which ate into our time as we were on a day trip. The uber boats looked to be faster and more frequent. At greenich we also had to get off and wait 30 minutes before we could head off again. There is a timetable for the boats which we didnt know at the time of booking . Nice and relaxing if you have plenty of time .

  First time we did a hop on hop off river cruise, and we all enjoyed it! Seeing London's landmarks from the river...at a leisurely pace...was definitely cool. We got off and explored Borough Market, which was our highlight as we got to try creative foods in a jovial market atmosphere!

  I took my sister who has been in America for 40 years. We were able to see all the sights and listen to an excellent commentary. We were also able to hop on and off to look around all the sights in our own time. It was also excellent value for money, a very comfortable boat with all the facilities. I have already recommended it to other people and will continue to do so.

  We had our ticket for Friday. The boat staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One thing we would have done differently is to visit Greenwich earlier in the day as we were rushed to leave on the last boat of the day. It was a great way to see all of the sites along the Thames!

  Nice live overview of sights on day 1 of our trip. Good way to orient yourself. You can sit on top level in open air where the view is best and where the guide is or you can sit down below where you can hear the commentary. I Would highly recommend

  Very good. Easy to locate. The personnel very helpful. Not really hop on and off. Went from Westminster to Tower bridge and back. Guide told same stories each way.

  Eric did an excellent narration. Very knowledgeable. You can do a one way or round trip with your ticket. The boat leaves about every 30 minutes. They have drunk and snacks on board. Volume for narration could have been louder as I heard my talkative next row passengers stories more than Eric at times. Windows needed a good scrub so we couldn't get any pictures from inside. Great value when combined with hop on bus.
