  This trip to Iceland's Aurora was amazing! The guide Zheng Xuan's sister must be praised for her professionalism and warmth. She accurately prejudges aurora spots, patiently explains Icelandic knowledge, takes pictures with first-class technology, and warms up her baby and hot drinks, feeling safe throughout.

  Super great experience. Although the weather is generally thick with clouds, it's really romantic to try to find gaps in the clouds and see the aurora. The Chinese explanation Lucky is super gentle, the driver Lukasz is cute, and they're super hard at finding skylights and teaching us! We were the only ones who chased Aurora that day and wanted to chase them again when the weather was good!

  这次极光团整体体验本来可以打高分，但你们的客服严重拉低了对你们公司的印象。 首先，在我下单前，我专门问过“今天是大团还是小团”，客服回复“大概率是小团”。但在我支付、预定完成以后，才被告知是大团。这种在关键信息上前后不一致的说法，让人感觉被误导。 其次，接站严重不守时。客服告知21:00到 bus stop 12 等车，我按时到达，但车直到21:20才来，中间也没有主动电话或短信说明具体抵达时间，只是笼统说“最多等三十分钟”。我们只能在寒风中等了二十分钟，这种安排非常不专业。 另外，第一次没看到极光后，你们在微信和小红书上主动问我“想改到哪一天”，我也配合给出了具体日期，结果来回问了半天，最后却被告知还需要自己发邮件到官网改期。那前面一轮又一轮的询问到底有什么意义？不仅浪费时间，也让人感觉流程非常混乱。 过程中客服发送夸张、带冷嘲意味的表情包（比如无语流汗等），在我已经因为天气和改期问题很焦虑的情况下，这样的表情只会让人更不舒服，而不是被安抚。希望贵公司能认真培训客服人员，学会在出现问题和延误时，如何清晰、专业地解释情况，如何尊重客人情绪。 值得肯定的是，两次极光团的导游和司机都非常友好、专业，第二次也顺利看到了极光。如果仅从产品和一线工作人员来说，我是愿意推荐的。但请不要让一个没有受过良好培训的客服，毁掉客人的整体行程体验，也影响你们公司的口碑。 My overall experience with your Northern Lights tours could have been very good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing and really damaged my impression of your company. First, before I booked, I specifically asked whether that night would be a “small group or big group”. Your staff replied that it would “most likely be a small group”. However, only after I had paid and confirmed the booking was I told that it was actually a big group. Giving inconsistent information on such an important point feels misleading. Second, the pick‑up was not on time at all. I was told to be at bus stop 12 at 21:00. I arrived on time, but the bus did not show up until 21:20. During this period there was no proactive phone call or clear update about the real arrival time, just a vague message that “the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes”. We were left standing in the cold wind for 20 minutes, which is really unprofessional. After we failed to see the Northern Lights on the first tour, your team contacted me on WeChat and Xiaohongshu and asked me which date I wanted to reschedule to. I clearly told you the dates and answered several follow‑up questions, only to be told in the end that I still had to send an email to your official address to change the booking. Then what was the point of all the previous back‑and‑forth? It wasted time and made your process look very disorganized. Throughout the conversation, the customer service agent repeatedly sent exaggerated “sweating / speechless” style stickers. When I was already worried about the weather and the rescheduling, these stickers felt sarcastic rather than comforting, and made me even more upset. I strongly suggest that you provide proper training to your customer service staff so they know how to communicate professionally when there are delays or issues, and how to show basic respect for customers’ feelings instead of just sending random emojis. To be fair, both tour guides and drivers on the two Northern Lights tours were very nice and professional, and we did see the aurora on the second trip. Based on the product and the frontline staff alone, I would be happy to recommend your tours. Please don’t let one poorly trained customer service agent ruin the whole travel experience for your guests and harm your company’s reputation.

  A great experience, unforgettable journey, drivers and guides are especially professional in the pursuit of light, but more importantly the sense of responsibility, than we are anxious to catch. During that time, hot chocolate was also prepared. Very recommended

  The team lucky and lukasz are especially great! When the clouds were thick, the two of them took us to change points several times. The guide Lucky was particularly professional, not only in finding skylights with the best chance of seeing the aurora, but also in having humanistic explanations about Icelandic myths and legends, which helped me to understand especially much. The driver, lukasz, is driving well and the windy car is still running smoothly. Recommended.

  Tour guide Lucky and driver Lukasz took responsibility seriously, although the moonlight was too bright that day to make the aurora not very visible. The guide still worked hard to get us to four or five points to try and get us to see more aurorae.
