Used the cable car as a means of transport to Sunborn Yacht hotel. Purchased our tickets at the kiosk from Marc who was extremely helpful and informative and had a very bubbly personality. Ride was nice and smooth would recommend.

I had a Great Time here yesterday on the Cloud Cable Car, i had a Return Ticket - which means across to the other side of the Thames and back again. There are Great Views all around as you are 300 feet above the Thames, and it is next door to the O2 Arena (which used to be known as the Millennium Dome). Highly recommended.

This is a great family day out. I love SOARING above the Thames and seeing the river from above. It’s great price for what you get. I would HIGHLY recommend!

The experience itself is great. The views are fab and the price was excellent (half price as we had climbed the 02 earlier) The main gripe really is that we waited ages even though the queue was relatively small. This is because although the cars seat 10 they were sending them around with often just 2 people in them. I don't understand why they weren't filling them to capacity to get the wait time down. It was nice I suppose to have a car to ourselves but it does seem very wasteful and making wait times much longer than they needed to be. Also rather than getting off at the other end and then queuing again for the return journey, people are allowed to go there and back without getting off. This meant that sometimes 4 or 5 cars went past with a few people in before people got off and an empty car was available. It's just annoying seeing so many empty opportunities sail past.
Totally worth it day and night!

We loved this cable car ride! It was a great way to get up high and take in the river view. It's pretty inexpensive for a unique little excusion. It's about a 10 minute ride, so it doesn't take a lot of time. It is awesome in both the daylight and after dark! It's only about a 5-10 minute walk from the tube station, so it's not hard to get to. It's further away from the traditional tourist destinations, so it gives you a chance to see a little different part of the city.
Unique exciting way to see London.

Confession; I'm scared of heights but wanted a new experience. I was afraid and fascinated all at the same time. What a fantastic way to get across the River! It gets really high and the views are stunning. It runs on a continuous very slow loop. I had a car to myself (Tuesday) . The North Greenwich stop is next to O2 Arena. I loved this area..made a change seeing London's future from seeing it's past/ history. Some imaginative architecture. Plenty of places to eat and a couple of supermarkets. The cable car building is only a 5 min walk from the tube station. On the other side is similar modern developments of the old docks areas. Again 10 mins from the stop on the other side is a DLR (overground) stop which will take you into the city. I did this rather than a return trip on cable car. I really recommend it as an experience unless you really do have serious fear of heights.
Well worth doing at least once for the views!

Views were awesome Staff were lovely particularly when the granddaughter had last minute anxiety and did not want to do it! They were patient, kind and gently coaxed her on - which she is grateful for as she enjoyed it! Experience was worth the price in my opinion

It is a must-go. Beautiful experience for any tourist, young or old. Also for the regulars, its a luxury commute across the river for easy Uber after a busy event at EXCEL. Kudos to Marc and the team for going that extra mile for me this morning.

Lovely helpfully staff a case of tap your bank card and wait to board I was a bit apprehensive at first but you wait till you board the it's smoothly up up and away journey smooth then you decent and get off thier option to get picture saying I flew over Thames job done
