5.00Although once home to Princess Diana, you do not see where see once lived since her apartment is not offices to the Prince and Princess of Wales staff. The audio tour was nice. The Palace was super hot, no AC, so keep that in mind when traveling in the summer.
Beautiful castle with rich history and exquisite grounds!

3.00We would have liked to see more of Princess Diana on display and history. The Diana garden was our favorite. Disappointed!
Very Poor Customer Service - Tickets to Kensington Palace Did Not Work

1.00We purchased tickets through Viator for Kensington Palace. When we arrived at the Palace for our reserved time slot, and showed our "tickets" from Viator, we were asked for the QR code. Prior to arrival at the Palace I had downloaded the Viator app per Viator's suggestion so I could have my tickets readily available. There was not QR code to be found on the app or on my original receipt for purchasing the tickets. We were not allowed entrance. We then had to purchase two more tickets to gain access to the Palace. I contacted Viator directly after our visit to the Palace via their What's App customer service as they requested to ask for a refund, and three different reps declined my request noting that I would have needed to ask for a refund at least 24 hours prior to our visit to the Palace to get a refund. Makes no sense. I told them I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, would give them a bad review, and would never use their company again, and they said, "We will respect your decision." Good luck if you have a problem!

2.00Kensington Palace is not that beautiful, and the garden is not impressive. I wish I went to the Churchill War Room instead, I guess next trip to London, I’ll go. Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, and Westminster Abbey are a must, not Kensington.
