A little frustrating trying to figure out the headset at first. Once we did the accompanying audio was very helpful. Friend who is temporarily handicapped needed the elevator and it wasn’t working. LOTS of steps. This is basically a room to room guide yourself tour of the palace.

As a princess Diana fan, was hoping for more on her. As we strolled through the Palace was expecting some of her more elaborate dresses that she wore. The sunken garden was beautiful!!

It is a nice snap shot of the Victorian era but I would have liked to see the rooms dressed as they were with the furnishings. The clothing exhibit was very nice and the crowns displayed were lovely. Would like to have seen more of the jewelry. The gardens are lovely.

Although once home to Princess Diana, you do not see where see once lived since her apartment is not offices to the Prince and Princess of Wales staff. The audio tour was nice. The Palace was super hot, no AC, so keep that in mind when traveling in the summer.

This is a self-guided tour with free headphones and device to listen to information for each area/room that you enter. A lot of good information!
