The talks are really worth going to as informative and entertaining. I was surprised that it appeared to be abit run down compared to other royal places we visited.

Difficulty obtaining QR code. As tickets were not obtained through palace box office they were unable to help pull up information. This has never happened before using Viator

Tour on your own but you have a headphone to guide you through the experience. It’s walking tour at your own pace. Not crowded and there are guides who can answer questions.

It's a little hard for handicapped people to get around but the staff is very helpful. Enjoyed the Diana statue in the sunken gardens

Must see if you’re in this area of London. The audio guide was very helpful and I was able to wander around at my own pace. I highly recommend this self guided tour.
