• Tour Operator did not show up!

  We had booked a day long tour to the national park. However, the tour operator did not turn up. We were due to be picked up at 7am. No show! We tried messaging through Viator but they did not answer. We waited 2 hours in case they were delayed. When we called them, the tour operator said they did not have a record of our booking. They then called back and said it had been booked for the following day and said they would pick us up at 1pm. I queried this as we had booked a full day tour. The response I got was they had our booking as a half day city tour and would still pick us up. I said to cancel it as it clearly was not what we booked. The guy on the phone said to send a WhatsApp message to confirm the cancellation, which I duly did, only to be told they could not cancel the booking at their end. When I queried this they did not respond! The tour operator seemed to be an absolute mess overall! We contacted Viator direct and got a very quick refund though!

• Khao Sok jungle tour

  The trip was excellent. The guide was extremely good, helpful, intelligent. Canoeing was very good, nature looked interesting, many animals. Jungle trail was not easy, but the guide helped a lot and we experienced many different challenges without troubles. Highly recommend to try for everyone:)

  the 3h walk through Kao Sok jungle park was amazing but only when you have a good physical condition as sixties we did it but most visitors were young adventurers so better ask from before if one has a good physical condition! The local guide was very good! About the canoeing was also a very nice experience, just our pick up guide at the hotel didn’t have any added value. About the whole experience really good value for money
