We visited Kyoto and Osaka in 2 days with our guide Kokoro. 2 beautiful days well planned and well organized in time thanks to Kokoro. He knows these 2 cities very well and he planned the trip so as not to waste time (we had favored public transport) and everything went perfectly. Nice experience of buses, trains, trams and even Shinganzen. Kokoro had booked us 2 restaurants in advance, so no waiting, 2 very nice culinary experiences. Kokoro is a well-organized guide, very competent and above all very attentive to his clients. He is generous with his knowledge and time and is pleasant company. We have always felt safe with him despite the crowds on public transport and the language barrier. Many thanks to Kokoro. Céline and Pierre du Canada

We booked the 6-hour tour starting at 3:00 PM, and we’re so glad we did. Alessandro was an absolute pleasure — friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was clear he genuinely enjoys what he does, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite the rain, we managed to see so much, and he even helped us find great restaurants and assisted with ordering. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

Our guide did not seem to know the area well and her knowledge of Japanese history was poor. We did not learn anything about the sites we visited.

Qianyu (Ian) was extremely helpful in helping navigate all the temples, gardens and monkey reserve. He shared interesting facts about the sites and made sure we saw all the most important landmarks.
Quianyu is the best tour guide ever!

Qianyu showed us around Kyoto and it was magical! Showing us temples and holy sites while stopping and taking many pictures along the way, what an amazing way to spend the day. I highly recommend getting a tour with them. Very punctual, very knowledgeable and very professional. Would love to book another tour again!
