Not too well organized Extremely hot day and this should have been taken into consideration by tour operators Have ready access to water, pre select restaurants, have frequent breaks, avoid strenuous hikes If this continues, I am sure people will get sick at some point. Also, have one language hearing the same twice is painful

We had a wonderful (and sweaty!) time on this all day tour with Paula and her driver, Nishimura-san. She was a great tour guide and balanced out giving good information with allowing us to explore on our own. I highly recommend going on this tour with Paula and if you are a multigenerational group like we were, the bus option is a must have during the hot Kyoto summer!

The tour was poorly organised. In the yur’s point they took us to bamboo forest outside Kyoto where there was nothing to see as temples are not open. The Guide female was not attentive to us, left us behind despite we asked her twice to wait and to repeat what ems he was telling.

We've used Viator to book tours many times with no problems, however, this tour sadly isnt worth what we paid. While the guide was very friendly and clearly a kind person, we couldn't understand much of his English as he went back and forth between English and Spanish the entire time to the point much of it wasn't clear. He's also only been in Kyoto for one month and isn't from Japan, so he wasn't able to offer much info. We felt the tour was mostly a glorified taxi service and not anywhere near as good as every other tour we've done on tours all throughout Asia and also in Tokyo. I'd only recommend this tour if you speak Spanish, as it seemed to cater to Spanish-speakers. We felt ripped off a bit and should've just taken taxis to the sites on our own. It would've been cheaper and we wouldn't have been tied to the group all day.
