One of the best experiences we had while in Japan. The owners were so nice, greeting us on the street when we arrived. Made sure we had a pleasant experience from the greeting on the street until the last sip of our tea. Explained the history of tea ceremonies and mocha tea, how it’s grown and processed. Lovely experience and highly recommended. A must when visiting Kyoto. Especially if you want a more personal and intimate experience without the overcrowding group experience.
