This is the only ramen workshop in Kyoto run by a ramen restaurant, and our classes have many vegetarian and vegan customers.
You will paint your Ramen spoons on the second floor of the restaurant. The ramen bowls and ramen spoons will be baked in a special kiln overnight for free.
You can actually take the bowls home and use them.
You can also display them at home.
After that, you will cook Michelin-starred ramen under the guidance of a chef in the professional kitchen on the first floor.
All the ingredients prepared by the chef are brought in from nearby Musoushin Ramen.
Finally, you will eat the delicious ramen that you cooked yourself.
Michelin-starred ramen that you cooked yourself is the best!

This class is run by Musoshin Ramen. Musoshin Ramen started in Kyoto in 2022. Now we have six restaurants in Kyoto and Toronto. Musoshin in Toronto has been nominated for Michelin for three consecutive years. The recipe is the same. We aim to spread delicious ramen all over the world. We insist on making all the ingredients for our ramen in-house. We make the noodles in our shop every morning and let them sit overnight to use the next day. We make the ramen soup for 12 hours. The ramen soy sauce and roast pork are all handmade. We bring all the ingredients from the restaurant and have our customers cook them. Our workshop is the only ramen workshop in Kyoto that actually has a ramen restaurant. Enjoy an authentic experience that you can't find anywhere else at Musoshin Ramen Academy. Ramen bowl, ramen spoon, apron, and part of the ramen. The taste of ramen will be even deeper, especially if you arrange it yourself. Our dream and purpose is to connect people all over the world through ramen.

The teacher is an experienced chef with his own ramen restaurant, so he (really wonderful) and his assistant (also terrific!) gave us a great experience. Food was delicious, they handled my allergies really well, and we did spoon painting which was a lot of fun and will be a memorable souvenir. Thank you.

As a lover of Ramen i enjoyed this class as it gave me better tips for making y vegan ramen at home. Everyone was very nice and professional. I didn’t realize that the painted spoon had to be baked in a kiln overnight so i wasn’t able to paint mine as i was leaving for home the next day. So consider that if your are leaving Kyoto early the next day. Otherwise i loved the class the chefs and my No Ramen No Life T-Shirt!

This experience was a 10 out 10! Shin is awesome and the ramen we made was delicious! We decorated our spoons on the second floor. Then we went downstairs to prepare the meal. One of my family members is a vegetarian and Shin was able to accommodate with vegan/vegetarian options.
