Taking our cooking class is a wonderful way to learn and prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes. You will get to visit local market, explore the vibrant market stalls, learn about ingredients, explaining the different herbs, spices, vegetables, and other key ingredients used in food cuisine. The chef will demonstrate how to prepare several traditional Vietnamese dishes. You'll have the chance to observe and participate in the cooking process, learning techniques and tips along the way. Then you'll hands-on and prepare the dishes yourself under the guidance of the chef and provide step-by-step instructions and answer any questions you may have. This hands-on experience allows you to practice the techniques and ensure a deeper understanding of the recipes. Once all the dishes are prepared, it's time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
The class duration 4 hours with 02 options:
- Morning Class: 9:00 to 13:30
- Afternoon Class: 15:00 to 19:00
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

1. Our chef pick up at your hotel and go to visit local market, you will have an opportunity to explore the vibrant market stalls, learn about Vietnamese ingredients, and interact with local vendors. The chef will guide you through the market, explaining the different herbs, spices, vegetables, and other key ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. 2. After buying all the necessary ingredients for cooking and back in the cooking class kitchen, the chef will demonstrate how to prepare several traditional Vietnamese dishes. You'll have the chance to observe and participate in the cooking process, learning techniques and tips along the way. After that you'll have the opportunity to get hands-on and prepare the dishes yourself under the guidance of the chef and provide step-by-step instructions and answer any questions you may have. This hands-on experience allows you to practice the techniques and ensure a deeper understanding of the recipes. 3. Once all the dishes are prepared, it's time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor, enjoy dishes you've prepared. It's a great way to appreciate the balance of flavors, textures, and aromas that make Vietnamese food so delicious.
