Go to any of our bus stops and hand/show this voucher to a City Sightseeing uniformed staff either at the bus stop or inside the bus. You can find all our stops here: https://london.city-tour.com/en/routes

Once you get on the bus for the first time, you will be given your ticket. Keep it at all the time, this new ticket will be your only valid travel document.

We will provide you with a set of headphones and a map with a guide

You can get on and off as many times as you want as long as your ticket is valid.

The itinerary of the sightseeing bus may be partially altered by events or celebrations in the city (cultural events, sporting events, official acts or works). Notification will be made at each bus stop and on the website.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

It was OK when we actually found the beginning of the route and the bus . The routes never stated where started or where they stopped

Be careful before booking one line. I did not know that several companies offer the hop-on-off service. Apparently, this company bus didn't go close to my hotel, and I waited at the stop until another driver told me that this company was not stopping where I was standing. Sadly, I did not see the company bus or ticket sellers all day. I saw my maps so that I could catch it either. Very disappointed, it was too elusive to find. So my rating of them is based on this fact: I did not see anyone representing them as I saw other carriers. I was so frustrated by the experience that I asked for a full refund. Hopefully it will be given. I purchased the ticket via TripAdvisor. Never again!
Bus was great, river cruise ok. Unfortunately last one on not great views for taking pictures. Scan code problem

Enjoyed a nice scenic ride through London today, and the weather mostly cooperated. The driver maneuvered on several detours, and kept pace . Audio could be improved, but was as good as other operators we’ve experienced. My only negative was a lack of signage at stops with regard to the number of the stop. This lead us to missing our first attempt to catch a bus. Overall I recommend this activity especially when arriving in London.

Roads blocked due to protest. Never received email for QR code.Staff at bus stop assisted us saying cancel for full refund, as this was within a 10 minute booking window,and not advertised,still waiting 24 hrs later !!!!!

Very confusing and disorganized hop on bus service. The confirmation i got when i booked it didn't have any instructions for catching the bus. We walked around asking until we figured out how it works. They should provide better instructions on how to catch the bus or at least a map.
Don't bother. Take the tube.

Not impressed. The selected (unavoidable) routes through central London mean that you will spend a lot of time sitting in standstill traffic. The included commentary is stupid, childish and does not inform you about much of anything.
