5.00First we were sent a voucher then we were sent tickets we could save to our “Wallet”. Wonderful! Get to the Louve. Can’t use those tickets! Went to contact Viator and other ticket pops up! Had to get back in line! Not happy! Need to get a better system than that! Other than that…. Louve is beautiful. In the future I would just purse tickets straight thru the Louve.

1.00Just AWFUL. Tried twice to get into the Louve (once at 10:00 and again at 4:00) but NEVER GOT IN. The lines were simply rediculous, even when you have a pre-purchased ticket. The system is BROKEN, which is a complement because there really doesn't seem to be any system. Just stand in line. (And YES - my wife & I tried every trick because we heard there were entrances with small lines, but those were CLOSED.) Don't waste your money. They are severly over-selling the tickets for this place. What a shame...

1.00DO NOT BUY!! This was a total scam. Tickets for the Louvre must be purchased from the venue. They do send you tickets but once you arrive the tickets are invalid and unusable. There is no help with this either. I was told that since I had tickets I would not be refunded. The tickets were not usable!! Biggest rip off’
