Do NOT use Viator or The Tour Guide companies!!! We arrived at meeting spot at 11:14 am for our Louvre tour due to depart at 11:15 and our tour had already left without us. The guide had texted me at 11:05 but I did not have reason to check my texts until after we realized the guide was Not at our meeting place at 11:15 having departed early without 3 of us in the party. I immediately texted Lukas our guide back at 11:16 with NO response and he was nowhere to be seen on the plaza which was not crowded. We would have easily seen someone walking with a large sign/ flag in hand and also called his name multiple times also with no response. In addition, no one answered my repeated texts or calls to our guide, Viator or the Tour Guy companies at numbers provided. When I requested a refund, it was quickly denied and Viator kept full payment despite seeing texts showing no response from the guide to texts sent to him 11:16, 1 minute after meeting time. No courtesy to even text to let us know he departed. Complete lack of regard for the customer and only interested in getting your money. Stay away from these companies!!!

Will was a great guide. He shared so much information about the museum that made the experience so much more. Glad we opted for the tour; our time in Paris was limited and we knew we wanted to visit the museum so it was a bonus to skip thru some of the lines.

Will was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and always looked after us. His knowledge of the artwork, periods, and artists was fantastic. The tour went for 2.5 hours and you can stay longer if you want to. Highly recommend.

Very glad to have the guide to get us to the most important works without a lot of walking. It’s a massive museum. Then after the tour we could stay and look at other items we were interested in.
