• Visiting Le Louvre Museum right after the October jewel heist was a challenge.

  We visited Le Louvre Museum on the first day after the October jewel heist. That gallery remained closed, which caused significant logistical problems getting around the museum. Our guide successfully navigated us through nevertheless. He was friendly, courteous, and considerate given that three of the six in our group were each octogenarians. He was also knowledgeable. I recommend this small group tour of Le Louvre Museum to everyone.

  There were MANY problems,: 1. Tour guide arrived 30 minutes late. 2. He announced Louvre was on strike, we should still go over but our skip the line tickets would not be honored. 3. Upon arriving at the entranced, he was quite confused and didnt kmow which line we should get on. He then announced we couldnt wait and should reschedule for later in the day. 4. We went back to the tour agency where the woman behind the desk knew NOTHING. We rescheduled for a 3 pm tour. 5. On line we saw that Louvre opened at 11:30. We returned to the agency at 1 pm and asked if she knew if it was opened. She replied "How would I know? I'm not there." She wouldnt check her computer. 6. We returned to the agency at 2::30 pm and the guide was there. We suggested starting the tour early. He refused and hid upstairs. 7. When we went to the Louvre, he made us follow him in from a very long and convoluted path. 8. In the Louvre, he was knowledgeable of the artwork, but not personable and unable to give eye contact. 8. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS AGENCY AND QUESTION IF I WILL EVER BOOK THROUGH VIATOUR IN THE FUTURE!

  Excellent tour by Sinse, full of history and art. Sinse made the art come alive with the stories behind it. He speaks impeccable English. Highly recommend!!

  This was an awesome tour. This was truly a skip the line tour. Our tour guide took us to a side security entrance that was a lot smaller than the line at the pyramid. Once inside we went to the group area. There was no line for the bathrooms nor was there a line to enter the museum. Once inside, the museum is crowded. Our tour guide was a historian giving a tour. He had insightful knowledge of the history of the building, the art and French history. We learned a lot. He answered all of our question’s. He was also very nice. He helped other museum patrons, giving directions when needed.

  Our guide Since was absolutely amazing and all the information really made the experience of seeing the art special! Easy to get from meeting place over to the louvre. I would highly recommend this tour.

  Our guide was knowledgeable and we did get to see key bits of the massive collection, but I felt like there was room for improvement during this experience.
