The time slot you choose is the time of access to the Louvre.
Your VIATOR voucher is not an entry ticket. Entrance to the Louvre and cruise is only via e-tickets with QR code sent separately by email and WhatsApp on the day prior to your activity.

Seine River Cruise will start from the bottom of the Eiffel Tower
There may be a wait at security. During high season this wait can be up to 20 minutes Please note that during rainy or adverse weather conditions, or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints of the Louvre Museum may be longer than usual.
Visitors aged 3 and under do not require tickets for the Louvre Museum or the Seine River Cruise. Please note that ID checks may be conducted.
The audioguide is a digital product we provide. You can download it to your phone using the instructions provided in your voucher. To fully enjoy the digital audioguide, please remember to bring your personal earphones. Please note: The digital audioguide included with your reservation is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's audio guide system. You will not be using the audio guides provided by the museum itself. (if the Only Louvre&Digital Audioguide option is selected).

5.00It was difficult to get our Louvre tickets in a pdf on the day of the outing. When we messaged Viator, they kept sending us the tickets for the Seine River cruise. We purchased the tickets as a bundle, but we had to call customer service to get the Louvre tickets as a pdf in an email. The Louvre only accepts the tickets with the QR code.
Everything worked out perfectly.

5.00We had 9:00 am tickets. We were told they were on strike. Come back after noon. We arrived around 2:00. We walked right in with no problem. The place is very big. You need probably 3-4 days to see everything. After we were done we walked to pick up the Seine cruise. It was awesome. We were on the 7:00 cruise. The Eiffel Tower lite up and sparkled at 8:00 which they made sure we were going by at that time for great pictures.
