  I purchased this smart phone audio tour. I received an email with a link for activation instructions. When clicking the link it did not work. Emailed customer service have not received a response.

• The walk will get more interesting if you bring an audio guide

  I strongly advise you to bring an audio guide for a walk around the Louvre, because without it you will either get lost or lose your way and waste your time. We chose this one and didn't regret it. The guide tells interesting stories, makes funny jokes and gives a little historical background, without which it's hard to understand what you're looking at. This is not a tedious lecture, as it sometimes is, but an entertaining story. I advise you.

  The Louvre contains many interesting facts and a very detailed map, which allows you to easily identify the most important exhibitions in the museum. The highlight is seeing the Mona Lisa painting, then for those who want to, there are additional elements to visit, which is a very big advantage of this tour. I highly recommend it to everyone who decides to visit the Louvre, so as not to miss any of the most important exhibits.

  This audio guide was extremely helpful during our Louvre visit. The museum is so huge that in order to see all the important marks without spending an entire day there - you need to have a good visit plan. This audio guide accomplished that perfectly. It features a 3D map which makes it a lot easier to navigate through the museum. Each point features a little historical background as well as some interesting trivia. It's prepared very professionally and thoroughly. I recommend this guide to everyone. Also, it's a great alternative for the official museum audio-guide, since it's available in more lanuguages, for instance in Polish - which was not the case for the official Louvre guide.

  So much room for improvement. The AI narration was awful. It should also provide guidance on where to walk (head toward the stairs, turn left and head toward…., go up/down the left staircase, etc). Without it the app is useless.

  I liked the museum and visit during the Olimpic games in Paris. At that time there are no a lot of peaple in the Louvre and hictory about anciant greek art has been additional point for my Olimpic jornay

  Highly recommend this tour! You may need more than one day to cover alll the main exhibits! Please go ahead of time as the lines tend to be long to get in to the museum!
