Didn’t experience any activity. Booked 13 tours for 3 couples. One of these tours for some reason didn’t process and it happen to be mine and my husband. I was booking tours and I started out with an October date we date and somehow went back to September 25 date and sadly I didn’t notice. I never realized I had booked a tour that was occurring on 24 hrs. When I got a notice that it would process on the nexr day I called Viator. It was too late to change the state to the correct date. I was told if ai rebooked it for the date I needed in October, the tour director would probably change it since I had booked a second one. The tour director said no even if ai had rebooked to the date I would be there. I understand that I was responsible for booking the incorrect date , but to me she or he could have simply have changed the date. I understand Viator states tours must be cancelled within 24 hrs. I just think the tour director could have realized it was a mistake and changed our tour to the correct date.

Didn't need a guide, the day we went it was not that busy. Our guide did not speak the best English and there was only audio that you could use with your phone. She basically got us to the Mona Lisa and then left. Would not pay next time but go on our own.

Our tour guide, Caroline, was magnificent. There was way too much to see even if we went to the Louvre several times in this visit, which, unfortunately, we did not have time. She made sure we saw the highlights, had a ton of information for us, and I would request her again. We went to Versaille today, and I saw the difference in the one painting that is at the Louvre and in Versaille (with the pink dress!). I recognized it immediately.
