3.00The ship was spacious and comfortable. We were seated by the floor to ceiling windows. All good there. The food was also very good. What wasn't so good? The sights. From the info describing the trip online, I thought we'd see Big Ben and Parliament from the river. My husband saw the top of Big Ben in the distance from the London Eye. My view was blocked. We docked right by the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Those were good things to see. But, we mostly saw wharfs, warehouses and rather shabby housing. The narration of the tour came about 15 minutes before docking. So, we were cruising by things and not told what we were looking at until we were heading back and on the other side of the river. We were told to come to the upper deck to see Big Ben but we were still eating. I've been to London and seen the top attractions by land. I thought the river view would be more interesting. I'm afraid it wasn't.

3.00The cruise was fine but it seemed like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Drinks were offered at the start and that was it… The captain was entertaining and didn’t talk too much
