Great tour to be part of. Peter our tour guide was very good - shared heaps of local and general Aussie info and facts. Very accommodating of guests needs and always thinking one step ahead to make sure everyone was looked after. Bus was quite comfy for a full day tour. Felt safe for the entire journey.

The driver needs to behave appropriately and needs some training on how to speak to tourists who can barely converse in English. Asking 21 year old women to repeatedly download Whatsapp so you can stay in touch with them, pulling their cheek is no appropriate workplace behaviour. Also, let people pick their own lunch spots and not herd them to some restaurant that is clearly giving you a cut.

I already gave a very positive 5 star review of this tour and our guide, but I also wanted to share that there can be some confusion between Viator and the tour operator as to pick up and drop off location. My Viator bookng and confirmation say pickup and drop off are at same location. My confirmation from the tour operator the night before the tour had an incorrect pick up location and that we would be dropped off at the Southern Cross train station - a 40 minute walk back to our hotel. I sent a screenshot to the tour company of my Viator confirmation and they did remedy the situation and did drop us off at our hotel. Very important to reconfirm drop pick up and drop off location prior to the start of your tour!

Kudos to Jimmy, our informative, friendly, entertaining tour guide. The early morning pickup was worth to squeeze in so many amazing sites. I recommend the small tour group, versus a large bus, as you won’t spend a lot of time waiting on the other people to return.

Tour in small group is more comfortable since easier to manage timeliness . Easier adjustment with cotravellers.
