Extremely positive experience all round, at the London site, my girlfriend took me out as a birthday treat, & have to say I was genuinely blown away by how amazingly good the whole experience was. The level of quality of the exhibits, the range, the organization, the instructions, the facilities, the staff, the size & value of the experience (& insert anything else I may of missed here), Literally couldn't say a single bad thing about it, & hard to pick a favorite thing because it was all so good. We would both happily recommend to family & friends, (& friendly strangers 😆). & We both would love to come back here, on next visiting the area. Only next time, we'd allow more time, because easily could of spent a greater section of the day here. Absolutely loved it. Definitely the best museum I've ever been to. And - special shout out to staff members Lil & Babs , who were super friendly, & made our day even more special (nominations for joint employees or the months &/or promotions for these women from us). Thanks for such a memorable special day. Warm regards Dav & Jaw X

It was very busy, and despite pre booking our tickets we had to join a queue that snaked right down the street. The wax models were all amazing! We found it was very crowded and difficult to get near certain models, and there was a lack of order - people pushing past to get closer etc

Amazing experience!!! Everything's done to make us feel good about it. Allow 2 hours for the tour. Shop at the end to burn his memory

Most powerful was the film. With the whole museum is an experience. Easy to get in and it's not crowded though there are a lot of people..

Madame Tussauds in London is a real treasure. It was one of the highlights of our 3 day London trip. It's just so much fun to see the wax statues of all the rich and famous and take pictures. They look so real! Every statue is an absolute piece of art! The location is very convenient, right next to Baker Street Underground station.

Nice experience to do with the kids! Certainly the 4D representation that there is to do of the Marvel characters... although not really fans of the fact here... still super fun to experience! 😝

We used our Tesco vouchers to book standard entry tickets. We probably spent under 2 hours at the attraction and did all areas apart from the crime section as we had our young daughter with us. The staff were all lovely and on showing our access card at the entrance to the line we were direct to the fast track entrance with no fuss. The attraction itself was very busy in the first bit but got calmer after the spirit of London ride. It was an enjoyable experience overall but not one I would rush to repeat and if I hadn’t used Tesco vouchers I didn’t think it is worth the entrance price on its own. I believe if you book multiple attractions it works out quite a bit cheaper and is probably worth doing if you are in London for a few days.

It was really fun, but really crowded. However, the statues were really realistic and there were two shows which made the tour even more fun. I've also visited the one in New York, and I think that one was cooler. If you've also seen that one, I don't think it's worth visiting again.

We visited mostly with an attitude of “well, since we’re already in London…” — honestly, I didn’t expect much. Just another wax museum, right? But it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise for the whole family! It’s not just about wax figures — it’s fun, interactive, and surprisingly engaging. The kids had a great time, even though they barely recognized anyone except Mbappé and Lil Nas X. “Mom, Dad, who’s that?” – “That’s the King and Queen.” “And him?” – “That’s Schwarzenegger.” “Oh right, the guy from Thundermans!” … um, not exactly. 😄 Overall, a fun, family-friendly experience — highly recommended, especially if you’re visiting with children.
