Unhelpful attitude of Viator regarding the Las Ventas Bull Ring tour

1.00It was a horrible experience. We had booked a visit in 28/09/2025 at 4:30 pm. The local tour operator sent a message on 27/09/2025 saying since they had received an intimation that the Bull Ring would nit allow anyone from 2:30 onwards…. So could we re schedule? But we were booked for the Royal Palace and Prado Museum tour with Viator and next day we were moving to Seville in the morning. They didn’t reply. Contacted Viator… sent the Screenshot of the Message by the local operator….but they kept on dilly dallying and said that since the tour was non refundable so nothing could be done. The attitude of the Viator personnel were horrible to say the least. Why should we forfeit the money since it was no fault of ours?? Didn’t expect this from Viator. We have booked a lot of trips through them in Spain.

4.00it was okey but you charge E 22 each we are senior and in the place I saw that senior paid just E12 and no E22, so I suposse you should have a reimbursement of the difference to my credit card for the amount of E30, due that 3 senior should be E36. I hope you to review this issue. Regards

5.00One should NOT leave Madrid without this tour. We toured the place in the rain. Despite the rain we absolutely loved it. The audio guide was great as you could easily navigate the tour markers. The video of the famous bullfighters and the opportunity for a photo opportunity at the end was clever. The museum of famous bullfighters was fascinating. Would do it again. Thank you.
