The class size we attended was comfortable (16), very interactive and we learned how to make sangria, seafood paella and chicken paella, and the dessert drink. We all were treated to drink sangria and to eat the paella in a separate dining room. We learned a lot including some history of paella origin. The instructors were well versed and answered all questions. It would have been good if they handed or given a QR code of the recipes at the end of the night. Overall, it was a great evening experience with my wife.

It was fun, engaging and delicious! Tony, Carlos, Pedro were great. If you want to learn from a hands on experience how to cook one of Spain’s iconic dishes in a relaxed and entertaining way this is it! It’s a fun break from the bars and museums.

This was a great class to learn how to make sangria and Paella. The class was very interactive and hands on. One criticism is that the rice in the Paella needs to be cooked a little longer but other than that, I would recommend as a must do activity.
