5.00Driver customized the tour for items we had seen / not seen. Driver stopped to provide breaks as needed given it was a hot day. Pick up at hotel was nice as the other Tuk tuks were 25 minutes walking from my hotel.

5.00Henry was an excellent guide who showed us all abound the city. We feel like we got to see all aspects of Madrid not just the tourist areas. Lunch was great!!!! we happen to be here the day the electricity was off in the entire country. Henry, our tour guide did a great job of still showing us around. However, in order to make sure we saw everything Henry picked us up the next day and continued the tour. He went out of his way to make sure that we got what we paid for. We are very, very happy with the tour.
