Our driver was super nice and patient with us. He was also very knowledgeable about the areas and pointed out his favorite places and information. The route was great and the ride was comfortable!

Outstanding! I booked this as a surprise for my family and not only was it a surprise, but Hugo (our private tour guide/driver) was amazing! More than our allotted time, we covered the lights all over town and Hugo got out and showed us areas we wouldn’t have seen otherwise!! Such a treat on our last day in town!

Our guide Jeremy is the best! He’s super knowledgeable about the in and out of London, and knows exactly where we need to go at what time. He is super friendly and funny, and has lots of good story to tell. He also customized the tour and made recommendations based on our interests. The highlight is that he took my son, Vincent, to the Vincent Square, and played the song Vincent and had us recorded the moment. It was so creative and special. Thank you Jeremy for this wonderful experience.

Wow what an experience! Greg was such an amazing guide. We saw all of London’s magical Christmas lights and displays - even the off-road bits where a bus can’t take you! A night to remember. You have the perfect view from the taxi - front, huge rear window, sides and glass roof! You can stop whenever and wherever for Xmas photos and little walks. 10/10 - the best London experience I’ve ever had - feeling very Christmassy now! Thank you!

Super easy to book and contact in advance. Our driver (Chris) was really friendly, full of knowledge (about the whole of London, not just the lights!) and took us to all of the best spots. Couldn't recommend more for a Xmas treat and a joy to stay warm rather than walking through the cold streets!

We had a fantastic evening with Patrick, our Black Cab tour guide. Not only was Patrick very knowledgeable and informative, but he was also very humorous to top it all off. Our family loved it. We were able to see all the beautiful lights throughout the busy city streets and even managed to stop for a few photos. Our entire family recommends this tour! During the tour, I could not find my eyeglasses. We looked in the back of the cab and could not find them. However, the next day, Patrick called to tell me he had found them and would come to our location and drop them off. Impressive and kind. My only regret is that I didn't know more about Black Cab tours before we arrived. I would have loved to take advantage of other tours that are offered. Guess we will have to go back!
