I think our guides names were Elio and Kali but I can’t remember- they were really great though! So funny and informative. The experience was really incredible, getting to swim with this beautiful giants is an experience everyone should have at least once. The wind was creating some pretty rough “waves” but we still had a ton of fun and the guys made us feel very safe! 10/10, I’ve done this twice now and will probably do it again lol

Fantastic experience. You may get tired holding on to the observation rails but worth it. The captain ansd first mate seem young but I guarantee they know what they are doing and very knowledgeable. Our dive leader was Hilarious. Bring a heavy beach towel for the ride back Use dramimine or the bracelets

I planned our excursion carefully around an itinerary I had for the day. I wanted to take the last tour, which was 9 pm. At 5 AM I received a text that my excursion was cancelled and I was changed to 6:30 pm time slot. They said to let them know if I could make it. I replied to text to say I couldn’t. But, received message that the number didn’t accept responses. I clicked on the link provided and it just brought me to a booking, which was now 6:30 pm. No way to confirm or cancel. I called several times and finally someone picked up later that day. They were somewhat rude. I explained that I could not make that time. They were really putting the pressure on. They suggested 7 pm and I said no, that’s still tight. He said it was only 30 minutes difference. I corrected him and said it was 2 hour difference. He told me he couldn’t cancel, I would have to call Viator. I called Viator and finally was able to cancel. Then at 6:30 I received a call from the tour company (from a California number) wondering where I was. I told him I canceled. He said he didn’t have a cancel. Later at 9 pm he called again (from an Arizona) number. I didn’t answer. He left a message that I had not cancelled. I really felt harassed. Luckily I did get my refund from Vistor. But, I don’t feel I should have had to go through all this angst to cancel the new time, when they were the ones to cancel on me. They canceled the 9 because they didn’t have enough people. It really ruined part of my day. I would never book with this company again.

Spectacular experience seeing these graceful creatures up close. The crew were welcoming, knowledgeable, and a little comedic. Made it a truly Hawaiian magical experience.

This is a magical experience. It was very safe. We saw more than three different manta rays. Maybe five to six. The crew was very professional. And they have a system set up for even poor swimmers. But there weren't really any waves. You're just floating on top of the water. While you watch the manta rays do their underwater acrobatics. Chase was one of the crew members/captains.
