I booked 6 months ahead- being this was a graduation gift for my Senior. We arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 tour. We waited and waited. Nothing. It seems because I booked early and the tour company added a tour changing my time to 9:30. But there was no change in communication coming from Viator or the tour company—I checked my emails to check. Luckily another tour company was able to reach out to confirm the change for me. Other than that frustrating bit- the tour itself was great. We saw all the things and enjoyed the magic of the ocean. My graduate loved it and ranks it a 10/10.

Such a fun experience! Bryce and AJ were the best guides. Our kids loved it so much! Definitely a must do when you visit the Big Island!

Absolutely AMAZING!! Chase and AJ were fun and informative. The Manta Rays were EPIC! Definitely recommend! Fun for all ages (11-70).

They were very thorough, funny, courteous, and the trip was absolutely amazing. Everyone on the boat was top-notch lucky no one got sick all the deck cans and the captain were the best. I can't say enough about this trip and this experience. I recommend 1000% in this company and these people they were wonderful and I'm so grateful I made the choice to go with them. The manta rays were absolutely beautiful.

The boat ride is about 20 mins and waters can be a little rough. If you get sea sick easily would suggest taking something for that before hand. Other than that had an amazing experience. We saw numerous manta rays and they are magical to see swim up so close and personal. The crew was amazing. 10⭐️
