Lovely way to spend a morning. Nice walk through the market, followed by a really tasty meal! The instructor was patient and taught the class week. Lovely setting too.

Loved the experience! From going to the market and buying the ingredients (and learning a bit of Korean history) to cooking, she was super knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend.

My brother and I had a wonderful experience learning how to cook authentic Korean food with Chef Minseon! She was so patient (especially consider we got lost trying to find her shop) and helped us find where to meet her. She walked us through a market to pick up fresh food items and discussed the food and it’s important to Korean cultur. The food we prepared was very good and fun to prepare. I definitely recommend try this class out if you can!

It was such a fun experience learning about Korean cooking, and the culture through cooking. We loved cooking under the guidance of chef Min Seon. She is genuine, patient and very fun to talk with. Her teaching is clear and well organized. Not only did we feel very accomplished in making several dishes, we also appreciated the opportunity interacting with people from other parts of the world. The meal as a group topped it all off very nicely!

A place to experience true Korean homework. I visited with an 11-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old nephew, and thanks to the friendly and pleasant chef, I liked that the kids were so great.^^ The food is so delicious that I will definitely visit again!

I attended an English class by myself. We first met at the station, before being shown around the vast market at Jejidon station and the famous Starbucks, a converted old cinema. It's not often found in guidebooks, but first of all, the power of this market is amazing. There, the teacher talks to the people in the shop and buys ingredients, while teaching them about Korean culture and customs. This alone is well worth participating in. The kitchen studio was clean and beautiful, and they taught me how to cook in an easy-to-understand manner, which was a great experience.

This was a really enjoyable way to spend part of the day in Seoul. We began with a visit to a local market, where the chef introduced key ingredients and offered helpful insight into Korean food culture. Then we headed to the nearby cooking school to get started. The class followed a fun, hands-on rhythm—we’d cook a dish or two, then sit down together to enjoy what we made before returning to the kitchen to cook more. The chef guided us clearly through each step, and the staff helped keep things running smoothly by finishing off dishes, clearing plates, and handling cleanup. We left full and satisfied, with recipes in hand and a better appreciation for the ingredients and techniques behind Korean cuisine. A relaxed and well-run experience that’s definitely worth doing if you're looking to try something different during your time in Seoul!

It was a very great experience going around the market with Kim Minseon she was very knowledgeable of the area and showed us the different ingredients to cook authentic Korean food. The cooking class was amazing, she was very informative and patient in teaching how to cook. I recommend doing it when visiting Seoul. Hopefully there will be other dishes that can be thought as I would love to keep doing this again.
