We had such a wonderful time on this food tour. The portions were big, and Yibram and Daniela were able to accommodate the one pescatarian in our group. We enjoyed learning about the food and the places we stopped at. The highlight of the tour was the Tamales and Hot Chocolate stop at their house!

Sooo much food and sooo worth it. It was helpful to not only try different local foods, but learn about the ingredients and process as well. Had 6 stops that were all very different and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!

Where else in the world would a food tour guide with 60+ years of family history in the neighborhood take you to so many amazing hidden gems of both street food and restaurants that you would walk right past on your own in Mexico City and then take you to their own home for a unique fruit tasting, home cooked specialties and libations? Nowhere! "Mi casa es su casa" takes on a new meaning. Do yourself a favor and check availability/reserve as this tour is limited and does fill up due to it's limited and intimate nature. A must!

This food tour with Yibran was the best food tour we've ever done - not only because of the quantity of the food (so much food!) but the quality and variety of the items and the great conversation with Yibran along the way. Not only did he take us to his/his family's favorite spots in the neighborhoods where he grew up, but he took us into his home for some home-cooked tamales and the best hot chocolate ever made by his lovely and gracious wife Daniella! I would recommend this food tour to everyone who wants to try a lot of different types of dishes representing many regions of Mexico while having a fun, easy walk around the Condesa/Roma neighborhoods. Yibran even sent us lots of other suggestions for our remaining days in CDMX. Take this tour and take his advice and DON'T EAT BEFORE YOU GO! There is so much yummy food.

Amazing food tour. Yibran is very knowledgeable of the food scene. He took us to 6 awesome food spots to have a taste of the Mexican culture through food. Every stop that we went wasn’t different experience and I loved the story and history behind each food. I also loved that he and his wife opened their home to us and cook for us as well. If you truly want to experience authentic Mexican food culture then this tour is a no brainier. 100/100. And will do it again ten times over.

What a perfect way to explore parts of CDMX - eating your way through a neighbourhood or two! Yibran has really found some exciting stops and the tour is made extra special by being invited into his home too. We had a fantastic food tour with Yibran! We tried many different local dishes at street stands, cafes, restaurants and Yibran’s home (thanks Daniela!). All were delicious! Yibran is a great guide and gave us a real insight into not just the food but the life of Mexico City. You will not be hungry!
Fantastic, delicious, educational, so much value for the price. I can’t imagine any other food tour could top this.

Our guide Yibran steered us through Roma Norte stopping at various places where meals had been ordered in advance so we never had long to wait for our food. Tacos from different regions prepared in different ways, torta, hot chocolate, soup, tamale, local beer, fruit indigenous to CDMX and special drinks. There were 6 stops including a walk through Mercado Medillin. And the most enjoyable part of the tour was being invited into Yibran & Danielle’s home where we sampled fruits, chocolate beans, mezcal from his private collection and a tamale dish lovingly prepared by Daniella. No other food tour offers such an intimate look inside the life of a local. Yibran was born and raised in this neighborhood so his knowledge of all the restaurants comes first hand. This tour exceeded all expectations, so much good food and great fun! Don’t miss it.

We had an amazing time on the food tour and were absolutely stuffed by the end. It was so fun getting to know Yibran and Daniella, they were excellent guides. One of the stops on this tour is in a market and we were able to pick up spices and some vanilla for our friends and family back home. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone traveling to Mexico City!

The food was so delicious! The variety of different dishes and types of stops was perfect. I felt truly immersed in the food scene of Roma Norte. Yibran and Daniela were such amazing hosts! My favorite part of our Mexico City trip was this tour. The food was authentic, and you can really tell that Yibran has put some great thought and effort into each of the food stops that were made.
