POINT CLICK TOURISM was my worst experience with a tour vendor. Do NOT use them. I’ve used multiple tour vendors in the past, all were excellent. Point Click Tourism doesn’t even come close, PERIOD. If you see them on Viator or Tripadivsor move on to the next vendor even if it is a bit more. Point Click Tourism will compromise your safety, late every time, lack the ability to communicate, uses old broken down vans, and customer service that is confrontational and condescending. Let’s start with safety. First and foremost they abandon you. My wife and I were on a shared tour of the Miracle Garden and then to Global Village. Well, after we were dropped off, the driver stated he will be there when we go back. Well, he disappeared. I received a text stating another driver is taking his place. That would have be fine except, the new driver was no where to be found. No communication. We discovered, other customers were also left abandoned. Remember we are in a foreign country. Being left without a guide for close to an hour without communication is unsettling. That was the first, the second was the drivers kept using their phones while driving. They would text and talk on the phone constantly. They had to brake suddenly multiple times almost rear ending the car in front of us. They should use hands free or better not use the phone and use an assistant driver. Very unsafe. Before I took my own Uber to be away from Point Click, they were late to everything. They stated, 1430 at my hotel. They arrived at 1520. Only time, we heard anything from them was when they were at the hotel. So didn’t know what was going on. And the incident of being abandoned. My wife and I were left on the street for 45 minutes. Oh, another driver from the same company was close by and told us 10 minutes and the driver will be there before another 35 minutes passed. BTW, the same company driver, just left us in the parking lot. Several other couples were left there also. Lack of communication. How do you say it, no communication. BTW the drivers barely speak any English. One decided to leave me voicemail in their native tongue even though I told them I don’t speak their language. Language barrier aside, they just don’t communicate. Having an assistant driver might alleviate this issue who manages schedules while the driver just drives. Which is a win win. Their vans are old and run down. Air conditioning barely works, or the drivers just care about the customers’ comfort. Finally, their customer service was confrontational and condescending. When I informed them, we wanted to go back to our hotel, they stated, it would be an extra charge. Then they stated, they didn’t have any other drivers, they stated this is shared tour. Well, driving back to our hotel was already included in the price. I told them I didn’t feel safe. Then they stated, wait until after the visit to the Global Village. Wait around another three hours. No. After being abandoned the first time, this was not a safe move. They kept saying this was a shared tour. Well, then why did my first driver abandon my wife and I. I finally found out my original driver went to the airport to drop off another client. Probably for more fare instead of waiting as he should have for us. Customer service kept saying they didn’t have any drivers. I watched multiple drivers just waiting around until Global Village visit was completed in three to four hours. One of those drivers could have took us back to the hotel and back in plenty of time. Overall, I do not recommend Point Click Tourism. They lack safety protocols, old vans, lack customer service and professionalism. They are a fly by night organization looking for a quick buck at the expense of customer safety and security. DO NOT USE them at any cost. There are far better vendors who are professional and care for their customers safety and comfort.

Definitely the most stress free means to visit these two important attractions and maximise time usage Transport was very well organised and extremely punctual. We think the timings and durations were well judged.
