5.00Gaspard was fantastic…. knowledgeable, engaging, and full of fascinating historical context that really brought each stop to life. The food and wine were abundant and far exceeded expectations… a real step apart from other tours I’ve done. I thought we’d need dinner afterwards, but definitely not! It was the perfect mix of culture, storytelling, and indulgence. Highly recommend.

5.00Nana was an excellent host. She really gave us a history lesson, accentuated local culture, and allowed us to experience local shopping for delicacies. The surprise stop for an indoor picnic of our shopping trip plus more was a great experience. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

3.00Only went to two actual establishments- the rest were given to us by the guide. Ate the majority of food items in a room at a random location- not an actual restaurant, cafe, bar etc. We like our food tours to actually stop at all the establishments- it’s what makes it fun. This fell short for us. There are much better food tours out there!

5.00Because this was a slow time for tourists in Paris, we signed up for a group tour and were the only 2 people on the tour. Sally was our tour guide and she gave us a personal tour, not only of the food and wine we consumed, but she also provided us with many tips that really enhanced the rest of our experience. We started our tour meeting the managers of a shop with unique and delicious macarons and chocolates which we got to taste. Then, we stopped at the award-winning bakery to pick up our baguettes and Éclairs to take to back to the private dining room where we consumed our bounty. On the way to the room we stopped at a very small Crêperie where delicious, fresh crepes were made to order for us. We picked up several different items at the butchers and cheese stores. Sally took us to the private dining room and served us a feast. She shared information about all the districts where the food was produced and the history where available. The red and white wines was paired nicely with the food we were served. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in being exposed to the best that France has to offer.
