  Had an amazing experience! Ali was the perfect guy to show us around. He knew all the best photo spots and was super happy to take photos for us to have some memories for a keepsake. Would 10000% recommend this trip. We were fortunate enough to see the autumn leaves too!

  We had a wonderful trip to Mount Fuji today, accompanied by our excellent guide, driver, and travel companion, Ali. He took us to the kids’ play area at Fuji-Q Highland, the beautiful Oshino Hakkai village, and several scenic spots perfect for family photos—especially those Instagram-worthy places my wife loved!   We really enjoyed our private day tour with Malik to Mt. Fuji. We were picked up at the agreed time and we're taken in a comfortable vehicle to see Mt Fuji from various vantage point. Got to see several local sites including a cultural village, amazing gardens and an ice cave. We all highly recommend this tour and in particularMalik.

  Our tour was approximately 8-10 hours. Our tour guide from start already said if we pass 8 hours we will be charged 5,000 yen. We ended up rushing and skipping some sites. When we arrived at the Gotemba Outlet, he just parked the vehicle in the parking lot instead of dropping us off to the drop off area where the other tourists bus are. Two of us are using walking cane and he was so inconsiderate and not at all accommodating. He also rushed us to come back by 1pm giving us just 1 hour to eat and shop. The parking was so far it took us 20 mins to and from the parking so we ended up just eating. I’ve always booked my tour through Viator and always been satisfied with the service but this is the WORST experience I ever had.

  Did this trip with Moon two days ago, excellent outing. Moon arrived on time, made our trip comfortable and got to see so much. Very professional and good sense of humour, not only was he our guide, chauffeur but our photographer too. Lots of fabulous photos to cherish. Five star outing.

  Mian was a great guide. Courteous and knowledgeable. Saw Mt Fuji from a couple of different vantage points. View from the pagoda was worth the 400 stairs straight up.

  Our experience with Qasim was fantastic! He was a great tour guide and so accommodating. This experience was 5/5 stars. He is very kind, respectful, and knew all the good spots. I appreciate his expertise and willingness to accommodate all of our requests! Thank you, Qasim, for the amazing time in Japan to see Mt. Fuji!

  One of the worst excursions ever! We were in our hotel lobby at 7:45 for an 8:00 am pick-up. Waited till 8:15 and begin calling numbers on reservation and text message with no answer. Marriott bellmen were assisting us, calling over and over. Finally at 8:45 my phone rang and it was the driver/guide. He said he was looking for us in very broken English. (He was suppose to be “English-speaking guide”). He spoke very little English and was from Pakistan, never got his name. He had been parked at the Marriott sign about 2 blocks from the hotel, it was raining, like we would magically appear out of the sign. He said he had been waiting there since 8:00 am, no calls to us for 45 mins. The bellman had to go out to the road to find him. We got in the car for the trip to Mt. Fuji which was 1 1/2 hours each way. No commentary at all, just quiet, with him reeking of cigarette smoke and playing/talking on his phone driving into the mountains with the 2 of us in the back of a sedan. We finally reached the 1st stop which appeared to be a shopping area. He showed us were he would be, told us 1 hour. We were not interested and came back in about 10 mins. Then on to Mt. Fuji, which was not visible ( raining and foggy) and he kept telling us we should have cancelled but we tried to explain we were flying in the day before from the U.S., not landing until after the 24 hour cancellation period. He didn't appear to understand. We never went into the fifth station because of the rain and visibility and headed back to Tokyo, with the last stop at a very busy outlet mall (we are not shoppers). Luckily, it stopped raining and the mountain appeared visible from the mall. Weather was not his fault of course, but not speaking English, no commentary or history or anything about where we were going. We ate at the mall and returned to Tokyo about 4 pm, 2 hours early (suppose to be a 10 hour excursion). This cost us $385 plus lunch. A very wasted day!

  Tahseen picked us up at our hotel promptly at 6:30am. He recommended heading out early to beat the traffic snd crowds. We had a nice rest break along the way at a place to get coffee and snacks. We were able to take our time, and Tahseen was very pleasant and patient the entire trip. It was so nice to have a private tour, going at our own pace with questions answered uninterrupted! He took us to some beautiful places, offered to take photos for us, and was a perfect guide. When we got to My.Fuji, the clouds were not cooperating, but Tahseen kept looking for the perfect opportunity to get a picture of the peak. He asked what type of food we preferred for lunch and dropped us off and waited for us to finish. We gave us adequate alone time to wander around shopping and was there to guide us through when needed.
