TK san was a very jolly and helpful host. Quick with a joke and extensive knowledge about all the areas visited and histories behind it all. We were taken very well care of by both himself and the bus driver. The lunch experience was delicious and wonderful entertainment during. Plenty of stops along the way and free time given to explore/ take pictures. Would recommend to travellers looking to get a varied taste for the Hakone/ Kawagawa/ Fuji area.

I can get around the typers in a day. I thought it was recommended for people who don't have time but want to know Japan and want to see it efficiently. The weather was fine and sunny, and I was able to see the view without rain. The bus guide was also cheerful and funny, which left an impression on me.

I spend great time with many foreign people and Japanese students. And our guide taught us many tips about Japan, for example Sumo culture. TK was also humorous, so it was a good trip thanks to him.

It’s a whirlwind trip of amazing sights. The guide was really knowledgeable and shared a great variety of information both about the area and general culture. This was a perfect time to go with the changing leaves. The clouds at the top of Hakone mountain are very sulphurous but the mountaintop is very cool with either a clear view or clouds that feel like cartoon fog.

Miko-san, our guide, and Hayakawa-san, our driver, were both very professional and made sure we had a safe and comfortable journey. The weather was absolutely beautiful, and the view of Mt. Fuji was truly amazing! Throughout the day, I had an extraordinary experience, and the small group created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere—I enjoyed every moment. My only wish is that we could have had about 10–15 more minutes at the 5th Station to browse the souvenir shops after taking in the stunning view. Once again, thank you so much for a wonderful day!

We were so very lucky to have had a picture perfect day - all day. The views of Mt. Fuji were outstanding and varied from every stop. The tram ride gave us an outstanding view of the whole area - well worth it! Miko was an excellent guide; knowledgeable, enthusiastic and creative. The driver was also outstanding. The lunch meal was fine, but the drumming performance was great. Of course, it would have been fantastic to have more time at each location.

A very well organised action packed day and, whilst it would have been good to spend more time at each stop, I realise that the tight timetable was necessary to fit so much in. Miko was an excellent guide and entertained us on the long coach trip with a lot of interesting information, stories and even an origami lesson! We were lucky of course to see Mt Fuji clearly all day! Thank you

Miko is an experienced, genuinely engaged guide. She is a most gracious hostess of Japanese culture and its natural treasures. As a company, you are fortunate to have such an employee. The many points of interest and lunch made for a most memorable day.
